PTO

The Black Elementary PTO is made up of resourceful and productive parents, teachers, and community members. We are very fortunate to have a very active group of volunteers. The PTO Board meets monthly, and the organization provides the school with cultural arts activities and field trips, organizes volunteers, sponsors various student events, provides classroom tutoring and conducts fund-raisers, which have provided technology, landscaping, books, and playground equipment.
